Easy to consume top quality carnitine based supplement PaulVR - 25 October 2018 I have almost completed another full tub of this L-Carnitine based supplement as part of my mini cutting phase prior to my winter off season bulk, this is quite an easy to consume form of carnitine due to it being encapsulated in comparison to the larger tablet versions that i sometimes go for, i have been using this at a dose of 3 capsules per day to provide just over 2 grams of L-Carnitine which i feel is an effective amount to support any fat loss dieting phase by aiding in allowing for fat stores to be transported and burned off as a fuel source, i have also been taking this in combination with another great fat burning supplement known as Lipocide IR by Evogen which i rate highly as one of the best thermogenic stimulant based fat burners on the market, overall from the past months use of this supplement i have noticed that it has been working very well to improve my energy levels when running on my low calorie diets that are also low in carbohydrates to allow for me to more easily get through my weight based workouts and cardio sessions, i find that 1-2 caps of this supplement with a decent branched chain amino acid supplement work well when taken 20-30 minutes prior to my weight based workouts to provide a boost in energy levels and allow for more productive workout sessions without me always having to use a thermogenic caffeine based fat burner such as Lipocide IR
